This shows the average line occupancy during the day. The vertical axis shows the number of calls. You may select calls by all possible criteria, for example incoming only, outgoing only, incoming calls ringing longer than 15 sec., etc. etc.

Here you see the details of the most expensive calls - when they were made, and who made them to whom. Optionally, you can: Print this list Tag calls by account codes Print cash slips for individual calls Apply the buying or selling price Scroll back and forth
